Our Power Flow practice is a powerful, energetic class that has a strong emphasis on breath and vinyasa. It allow beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged during the same flow. The room is warm to help cleanse the body and loosen up the muscles.
Our Beginners Flow will focus on each pose at a slower pace, while bringing awareness to alignment and how to modify the practice to meet your needs. This class will provide a foundation for a strong beginning practice and support more advanced students.
YOD programming is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. Feel your muscles burn during the workout, feel your mind & body at peace by the end of class.
